With decades of combined experience, the Peerless team has built and is continuously iterating on the most advanced and adaptable virtual reality training simulator available today.
Peerless VR launched in January 2025 under the visionary leadership of TJ Dishaw, the pioneering technologist who, at just 22 years old, conceived and developed the first-ever VR law enforcement training simulator—Apex Officer. As co-founder and CTO, Dishaw didn’t just build a product—he redefined an industry, forcing entrenched, 20+ year-old companies and billion-dollar giants like Axon to scramble and pivot toward a future he had already engineered.
Apex Officer quickly dominated the market and set a new benchmark for immersive training. But as corporate decisions began to dilute the vision and stall progress, Dishaw and his original team made a bold choice: walk away from comfort and control of the market to build something better. With unmatched experience, a clear purpose, and zero tolerance for mediocrity, they launched Peerless VR—free from compromise and ready to raise the bar once again.
